100g non-GMO tofu
Baby carrots or slices of fresh carrot
Soy sauce (preferably low in sodium)
Chopped basil, garlic, and onion
Boil hot water and cook noodles add a spoon of olive oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to one another.
Cut the tofu into pieces and steam into 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
Add a spoon of olive oil on a preheated pan and add the chopped onion in the first place. Add the chopped basil and garlic along the carrots you'd want to use.
Add the steamed tofu into the pan and pour some soy sauce on top and mix everything altogether. Keep the pan to cook over a low heat.
Serve hot with the noodles, add olive oil some more if you like. Et voilà!!
