Low Cal Cesar Salad

Serves 2 as dinner, or 4 as a starter.

Preparation time: around 10mn


Half one iceberg salad
500g of small-portioned cooked chicken breast
100g of croutons
150g parmesan cheese

For the dressing:

The juice of 2 small sized/ 1 big-sized lemons
100ml creme fraiche
5 tbsp olive oil
2 sprinkles (1/2 tsp) of garlic powder
2 sprinkles (1/2 tsp) of thyme or oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 pinches (1/2 tsp) of salt


1- Cook the pieces of chicken on a pan at medium heat for around 10mm if not done already.
2- Wash the iceberg leaves and slice thinly.
3- Mix the wet ingredients of the sauce together, then add the sauce flavors to the mixture and mix again.
4- Set the iceberg leaves on a square recipient, spread over the chicken, and pour over the sauce
5- Add the croutons and top it with Parmesan cheese.
