Ingredients:
300g flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs + 1 drop of white vinegar
60g butter
1 1/2 cup of skimmed milk
1 tsp Rum patissier
Light yellow honey
Whipping cream bomb
Nutella
Bananas
Strawberries
Cookware and cutlery:
Whisk
Non-stick mould
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients, the flour, baking powder, and sugar, and set aside.
Break the eggs, add the vinegar, and whisk with a fork. Melt the butter in the microwave add it to the milk and the eggs mixture.
Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened (do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine).
Grease and coat the non-stick mould with flour.
Form circles of 1 to 2 spoons and bake 1 to 2 minutes until surface of pancakes has some bubbles. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
For the Banana layer pancakes: spread whipping cream and add bananas in between every layer, decorate with more bananas on top and soak with warm honey.
For the Strawberry layer pancake: spread Nutella and add strawberries in between every layer and decorate with more strawberries on top
