Chocolate and Date (Tamer) Cheesecake

For the occasion of Ramadan and Eid el Fitr, I prepared a very special recipe for my cooking showon YouTube inspired from occidental cuisine with a touch of oriental taste. I combined into a cheesecake chocolate and date (in Arabic “tamer”)—a surprising yet a perfectly blended flavor sensation that has paid particular attention and praise on the YouTube comment box!

Also, Dates are great for: weight loss, relieving constipation, promoting heart health, reducing heart disease risk, diarrhea, Iron-deficiency anemia, reducing blood pressure, and pregnancy deliveries. (Credit: Natural society)
