Chocolate Fondant baked in the microwave

Hello guys! Today I am going to introduce you to a very exciting recipe because I am sure that it is one you all love and it is super easy because we’re using the microwave to bake! And it does actually work—with no mess, promise!
However, the thing that you have to keep in mind is that the cooking time in the microwave varies depending on the microwave and the size of the recipient you’re using, (it could be a ramekin so you would need around 1:30 and it could be a mug so you’re adding more of the cake batter and I expect the baking time to be around 2:30). Look, the best thing you can do is cook for this minimum required time and check the fondant with a toothpick  and decide whether you want to leave it in the microwave for more, (but I feel that it will be more than enough).
5 minutes at most, that’s all it takes to make this chocolate fondant (No need to use an electric mixer for this quantity)! To try any time during the day!

Makes 4 cakes or 2 mugs

100g baking chocolate
100g butter
2 eggs + 1 tsp vinegar + one pinch of salt
½ cup or 100g sugar
3 tbsp flour

Cookware and Cutlery:
A bowl
A microwave
Recipient to serve and bake the fondant

1- Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave for about 1minute.
2- Whisk together in a bowl the eggs, the vinegar, and the salt. Add the sugar and mix well.
3- Combine the two mixtures and mix well until it becomes homogeneous.
4- Add the flour at once and mix well.
5- Serve the batter in small ramekins or mugs
6- Put in microwave for about 2 minutes depending on the size of your recipient.
7- Serve hot with an ice cream scoop or whipped cream and strawberries!
